My dog has allergies. How can I find out what products are suitable for them?

We list all the products included in our treat boxes. Next to items which contain multiple meat products, we include a reference to (D.I.) - Dietary Information - and recommend you review this information for these specific items before making your order.

If your dog has any allergies or intolerances, please let us know by typing them into the optional "Dietary Requirements" field. This is present on all natural treat box product pages.
 

What do I need to do when feeding my dog natural?

You must watch your dog at all times when they eat natural treats. They should also have access to fresh water. These measures will minimise unpleasant and undesirable choking incidents.

To reduce this risk, we have included this information across our website and on the leaflets which are provided with every treat box sent.

 

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. You can subscribe & save on repeat orders or make one-off purchases.

When will my subscription payments be taken?

Subscription payments will be automatically taken every 28 days.

When will I receive my subscription box?

On the billing date, we will start our fulfilment process and you should receive your package within 3 to 5 working days once marked as "Fulfilled". Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.
