Refund policy

We are sorry that you are not 100% happy with your purchase. 

At Treat Treehouse, we offer a returns policy within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Please read the return conditions:

  • As long as the boxes have not been dispatched, you will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide a full refund on treat boxes which have been opened. If you would like to return a box which has been opened, we will accept your return but the exact refund amount will be subject to our discretion.


Please contact us on at and quote "RETURN" and the order no. in the subject line. In the body of the email, please provide more context around why you'd like to return your item, and we will provide you with the details to start the process.

Please note: Return postage will be payable by you, the customer, except where there is evidence of a faulty or incorrect product supplied. In those cases, we will contact you and make return arrangements. If this is applicable to your order, please let us know when you contact us.

We recommend using Royal Mail’s click & drop service to purchase your returns postage.

Please allow up to 14 days after sending your order back to us to allow the returns process to be completed.
